The hotel is in a fantastic location, with amazing views of the mountains and sea. the rooms are terrific, with incredible views. There are three swimming pools, two bar areas, a restaurant, and a rooftop terrace with great views. the spa staff are amazing and provide excellent service.
The hotel has an overbearing approach with too many rules, causing minor irritations throughout the week.

The hotel had only been open for a couple of weeks and there were a few items we were not happy with to start with. After politely speaking with the management, they moved heaven and earth to rectify the issues, that very same day. All the staff were excellent and they were obviously well trained. The care, service and attention to detail to make our stay enjoyable was faultless. Fabulous hotel and we would love to stay there again.
Air conditioners were quite noisy at night, they were all new and perhaps the settings were not quite right.

Gorgeous views and nice pools, good cocktails at the bar.
Limited food variety and repetitive menu. Staff can be rude and unhelpful, particularly in regards to issues with the pool.

Convenient location, clean and comfortable rooms, and friendly staff. the hotel was ideally located for exploring the city on foot. the rooms were clean, comfortable, and spacious. the staff were always welcoming and helpful, providing great recommendations for local restaurants and attractions.
Limited restaurant options and no pool. Unfortunately, the hotel only offered one restaurant which had limited menu options.
